Warranty
This product is warranted to the original purchaser under normal use against defective workmanship and material for a period of one year from the original purchase date. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident or other unreasonable use, neglect, misuse or abuse.
Be very careful not to walk on the buckles because they could break and the warranty will not apply. In the event of a break, the Clapp baby slider is very easy to repair. Simply contact us via contact
If you are not able to fix the problem, we will replace the product free of charge as long as postage fees back and forth are prepaid by the consumer. A copy of the original sales receipt must be included. In the event that your product is replaced, the replacement will be covered by the original warranty or for 30 days whichever is longer.
